Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of salisburypremiumpestcontrol.com and services provided by Salisbury Premium Pest Control.

Services

We provide inspection-first pest control services to residential and commercial properties within our service area. All treatments are performed using EPA-registered products and industry-standard protocols.

Service contract

3-service minimum, then month-to-month with 10-day written cancellation notice. Re-treatments between scheduled visits are included in every plan at no additional charge when pests return under normal conditions.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a fee.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel service after the 3-service minimum with 10 days' written notice. Single-visit treatments have no ongoing commitment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court in Rowan County, North Carolina.
