Inspect
We examine the crawlspace, sill plates, foundation perimeter, and exterior for mud tubes, hollow-sounding wood, and swarmer wings near windows.
Program · termite
Salisbury homes sit on soil termites love. A single swarm can start a colony that eats joists and subfloors for years before you ever see evidence. We stop the cycle.

What's Included
Termites quietly cost Carolina homeowners thousands in structural damage before anyone notices. Our inspection-first termite treatment identifies active colonies, establishes a liquid soil barrier, and pairs it with in-ground monitoring stations for long-term protection.
The Process
I
We examine the crawlspace, sill plates, foundation perimeter, and exterior for mud tubes, hollow-sounding wood, and swarmer wings near windows.
II
Liquid termiticide establishes a continuous protective zone in the soil around the foundation. Monitoring stations get placed at high-activity points.
III
Monitoring stations are checked on a scheduled cadence. If activity shows up in any station, the colony is treated before it reaches the structure.
Most termite damage happens in the 2–5 years before anyone sees a swarmer. Surface spraying does nothing — the colony is underground. Our combination of a continuous soil barrier and active monitoring stations catches colonies before they ever reach the wood.
